| My name is Gabriele Bacciottini and I am a Master-Sommelier and a very passioned man of enogastronomy. I am interested in everything that expresses culture, direct contact with the territory and with the passion of the producers. ![[ Gabriele Bacciottini, maestro sommelier ]](/UserFiles/Image/Staff/Gabriele_Bacciottini_pic.jpg) Thanks to many years of experience in studying, teaching, travelling and meeting people, I have now founded my own Sommelierschool, and I would like to communicate to my students the knowledge about wine and enogastronomy, the culture and the awareness of eating and drinking. Courses and didactic in order to better know wine.I work together with a very unite and dynamic group to help and accompany Enthusiasts and future Sommeliers through interesting didactic, cultural and tourist paths. Teaching is a big passion and not only a profession. Our public is made of curious and enthusiast people and our didactic tends to increase this enthousiasm, more and more. We work to teach in this sense: to share our knowledge, to make sometimes our students wonder, to make them really curious: We really want you to feel like getting more and more informations, to increase your culture everyday. Everyone should be able to understand what he/she likes best and to go deeper in it. For example, I am very interested in the sparkling wineworld : I mean not only the final product, but also the secret traditions of the producers, their methods, which are so similar but also so different from each other.
